Amy and I are having a wonderful time serving the Lord Jesus in beautiful South Africa. We often ask you to join us in praying that God would go with us with His "Shekinah Glory," the manifested Presence and Power of God.  We are truly experiencing that on this project!

Today as we arrived at a high school, the headmistress said at first that we could not speak to the whole school body, because she was afraid that with 1300+ students, there would be too much noise and disruption. She explained that many times the students would laugh and talk, just walk away, and that even sometimes in gatherings similar, students would faint!

Believing this was and is the work of the enemy, and knowing that many of you were praying with us, we prayed that the Spirit of the Lord would prevail, and that hearts would be moved to hear and understand Who Jesus is!  I told her that I believed God would overcome any problems that might arise, and asked her to please allow us present our program before the entire student body.  She agreed!  As I stood and preached the Word of God, and Amy sang and lifted up the Name of Jesus, the Holy Spirit moved in power as the students listened intently, quietly, and without disruption, and almost all of those students prayed with at the end for forgiveness of sin, agreed to repent and turn away from their sin, and to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior!  Amy also brought a strong message about purity and holiness, and what it means to be a Christ-follower -- God moved and did a mighty work in that group of students today!

We are constantly facing many struggles, but we continue to see God give us victory in each and every situation. Your prayer really does make a difference!  Please continue to pray with us and cover us with your petitions as we have these incredible opportunities to reach people with the wonderful Good News of Jesus!
