Amy and I want to wish you the very best celebration of the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ ever! John 3:16 tells us, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Merry Christmas! Because of your love, prayers and generosity, we have been able to proclaim the life-changing message of Christmas far and wide. Isaiah 9:6 tells us that Jesus is the Prince of Peace...we pray that His peace will reign in your hearts and home this Christmas!
On our mission projects in Africa and Asia this year, our DSEA staff members have spent more time on the field than ever before, reaching tens of thousands of hopeless people with the Message of Hope in Jesus Christ. Our NEST (National Evangelist Support Team) partners have reached multitudes of people in their nations with the love of God. Thousands of people in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa, and in The Philippines have heard of the wonderful love of Christ through the ministry efforts of our combined teams.
As we traveled to schools and into communities with the Gospel, we saw God work miracles in the lives of so many people as they heard the Good News of Christ, and received Him as Lord and Savior with great joy. We rejoice that the Name of Jesus Christ is being lifted up and the Holy Spirit is drawing people near to His heart and to Himself. What a joy that we get to be a part of that!
We have great opportunities ahead of us for 2012 in Malawi, Zambia, South Africa, and The Philippines. All of this is only possible because of your partnership in this ministry. Thank you so much for praying for us and helping us to go, witness, win, train, and disciple people around the globe.

A Personal Word from Amy Stockwell

Dearest Family and Friends,
It is such a joy to serve the Lord at David's side. Fourteen years ago this Christmas, I married my beloved David! I confess that though I was deeply in love with Him and wanted to marry him, at the time, I was very unsure of how we were going to live and do this ministry of evangelism together! But God had wonderful plans for us (Jer. 29:11-13), and I could never have imagined how awesome it would be to travel from place to place at David's side, supporting him in his gifting and calling, and to have the marvelous opportunities I have had to sing and minister in the Name of Jesus Christ.
I want to thank you for standing with us as we have trusted the Lord for everything we have needed, every step of the way. He has provided for us so marvelously, so perfectly, so abundantly...you are a vital part of this wonderful adventure of faith and ministry. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
As 2012 approaches, I am excited about what the new year holds...David believes it is time for me to begin working on a new CD! Would you pray with me that God will show me what songs He wants me to record? And that He will provide everything needed to record and produce the album? I will so appreciate your prayer covering as we move forward in this venture, as well as in our planning for international travel and ministry next year.

A Christmas Note From Beka Hawkins

Dear Family and Friends,
What a wonderful year this has been, and what a blessing you, my friend, have been this year to our ministry and to me. I have felt your prayers each and every day!
While in the Philippines, our team saw God do amazing things as we were able to speak to over 35,000 people and see 25,000 people pray to receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord! I was able to use my music and the word of my testimony to encourage thousands of students to repent and follow Jesus Christ. What a joy to see the looks on their faces as they acknowledged there is a Savior Who is always there for them!
Interestingly, our FIlipino friends told us that they celebrate Christmas for six months! What an amazing thing to not only focus on Jesus Christ once a year as many do, but instead to celebrate His birth "most" of the year! It was a true joy to hear Christmas music and see decorations in early November. It was a reminder to me that we need to celebrate Christmas in our hearts every day of the year, and thank the Lord for sacrificially sending His Son to be born and to die for us! What true love that Jesus Christ laid down His life just for us. This holiday season, let us stop and reflect on all that God has given us.
As I look back at the awesome things I experienced this year, I am reminded of my time in Uganda. I had the opportunity to learn and grow in the Lord as I served Him at Ekitangaala Ranch, home of our ministry partner, African Children's Mission. What an incredible time of seeing the Lord work in amazing ways in the lives of the Ugandan people. I saw children surrender to use their talents for the Lord, and commit to be faithful to attend church. I was blessed by the beautiful voices of the Ugandan people as they sang and worshipped. In the nine weeks I was there, I built many relationships with teachers, students, and ranch workers, and I look forward to opportunities in the future to see these precious people again.
Our ministry is so grateful for your love and friendship. Through your loving prayers and support, lives have been changed in Zimbabwe, Uganda, The Philippines, Kenya, Malawi, Zambia, South Africa, and Tanzania. Thousands of students, teachers, and adults have been impacted with the Gospel! As God touches your heart, your special end-of-year gift would greatly help us to continue to reach the nations with the Good News of Jesus Christ. I thank the Lord for you and for the blessing you have been in my life. This Christmas I pray will be a blessing for your family and for you.

Christmas Greetings

Dear Friends,
Merry Christmas! May the grace and peace of the Lord be with you during this time of the year when we celebrate Jesus coming to Earth and dwelling among us. I'm so glad that the Good News proclaimed in the fields outside Bethlehem is still being shared around the world!
"Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of a great joy that will be for all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord." Luke 2:10-11.
Praise the Lord that He is still with us! I am so incredibly thankful that He took a worthless sinner like me and not only saved me, but called me to show others how they can be saved as well.
Words can't describe what an amazing first official year it has been for Youth Education Strategies! I can't thank you enough for standing with YES as we proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations!
I have been blessed with the opportunity to participate in three major mission projects this year with my father and DSEA in Zimbabwe, Uganda, and the Philippines. In total, I have had the opportunity to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with more than 45,000 people and more than 30,000 of them made the commitment to turn from their sin and to trust and follow Him for the rest of their lives! This includes more than 75 school assemblies along with several church services and open-air crusades. All glory to God for what He has done through us this year!
We are expecting God to move even more mightily in 2012! Please join us in prayer for God's provision as we prepare for upcoming outreaches in Malawi, Zambia, South Africa, and the Philippines.
Thank you once again for standing with YES. This ministry wouldn't be possible without the prayer and generosity of friends like you. I pray that you have a blessed and joyous Christmas and a happy new year!

Dear Family and Friends,
I love this time of year! The time of the year when I get to sing "Happy Birthday" to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and a time to reflect on all the blessings in my life personally and in the ministry of DSEA!
2011 has been a fruitful year! Because of your faithful prayers and partnership, God continues to open doors of opportunity for DSEA to share the life changing message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Multitudes of people in Africa and in The Philippines have been able to hear the Good News and indicate their desire to follow and serve the Lord Jesus. I am grateful for you and thank you for standing with the ministry of DSEA. I am confident in the Lord and look forward to 2012 with excitement to see His divine plan unfold.
In closing, I know that the Christmas season is a wonderful time of year, but it can also become stressful and even lonely for many people. Oh, how I pray that Jesus will be your Prince of Peace this Christmas. May He heal every hurt, supply every need, and be faithful to answer all your prayers according to His perfect will. May you continue to trust Him with your whole heart and stand firm in your faith as you reach out to those that need the Lord. I pray you can say with assurance, "Emmanuel, God with us.." and truly feel His presence and your heart filled with His love and joy as you reflect on the blessing of God's amazing Gift...His Only Begotten Son, Jesus. The BEST gift of all!
