Mission Bulawayo Expense Considerations
· For every $15 given, a pastor/evangelist can be sponsored to attend our conference. He will be provided with materials, trained for evangelistic ministry, and will enjoy three wonderful meals. We are expecting 200 pastors.
· $500 will pay for a portable sound system and rechargeable battery set-up that we will use as we preach while on mission, then leave with our NEST (National Evangelist Support Team) members. They will use the sound systems as they travel and preach to thousands of people with the Gospel.
· $6 will buy one gallon of gasoline to transport our team as we travel from school to school for our David Stockwell Speaks Out school programs, where we will speak to thousands of students about Christ. We expect to need more than 200 gallons.
· $40 to $60 will rent one vehicle, depending on the type and size. We will rent between two and five vehicles per day.
· $1,000 will pay for Bibles, tracts and audio Bibles, and their shipping costs.
· $1,500 will pay for expenses for our CityCelebration outreach event.
· $1,500 will pay for the set-up work that the nationals have done, to prepare for our team's mission in Bulawayo.
· $10 per day will help us feed one of our NEST Partners and their families. We have four main national workers for this mission.
· $250 will provide a special gift for each of our NEST partners at the end of the mission, which will help them as they continue the work of discipleship and follow-up.
· $1 will buy one gallon of clean water for our team - a must-have, as we travel.
· $10 will purchase meals for one of our team members for a day.
· $30 will provide lodging for one team member for a day.
· $2,000 will purchase one coach class airline ticket to Bulawayo. We have six team members traveling.
