We're almost half way through the first month of the new year and the last thing any of us want to think about is next Christmas.  BUT, love it or loathe it, the planning and preparation for Christmas 2011 starts now.  How?  If you build a strong relationship with your customers NOW, you'll have a great Christmas.  And that relationship is dependant on everyone in your team getting the message and acting upon it.  And I mean EVERYONE - from the Owner, the Buyers, the Warehouse staff, the Admin staff, the shopfloor staff.

This issue is of ShopTorque is concentrating on helping you getting your team onside, focussing on this year's goals.

Enjoy.
