There are Salespeople & then there are Shop Assistants.
There are shop assistants:
Some retail employees only start thinking about their job when
they walk in the door, stop thinking about it when they walk out and
think as little about it as possible in between. They take their Shop

Own your niche...have your say
Many of us, particularly small retailers, find it hard to get heard through 'regular media' outlets. If you're wanting to own your niche and be heard you might want to check out SourceBottle - a free subscription service that sends 'call outs' to sources (ie you) for journalists and bloggers. You can also find them on Twitter. Its a great service and you should check it out!
