Welcome Reception: Sunday, April 29, 7:00 - 10:00 p.m:Everyone is invited to attend the Welcome Reception at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara Ballroom. This event offers a relaxed venue for friends and colleagues to reconnect before the start of the Technical Program on Monday morning. The reception will include a light dinner reception and live music.
 Complimentary Bus Transportation to and from Santana Row in San José: After the Exhibit closes on Tuesday Evening, May 1, meet colleagues, entertain clients, and enjoy the nightlife at Santana Row in downtown San José. The first bus will leave the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara at 6:15 p.m. and will cycle back every 30-45 minutes throughout the evening. Last bus leaves Santana Row at 10:30 p.m.

Meet the advanced receiving deadline and avoid additional surcharges and handling fees.
Tip: Consolidate shipments when total weight is less than 200 lbs. You will save money and shipments are less likely to be misplaced if they are packaged together with larger items.
