Sandoval Selected as Latino
Caucus Co-Chair
SPRINGFIELD, Illinois - State Senator Martin A.
Sandoval (D-Chicago) and State Representative Maria Antonia Berrios and
has been elected by the Illinois Legislative Latino Caucus as
Co-chairs. The Caucus represents the interests of nearly 1.5 million
Latino residents in Illinois.
Senator Sandoval and State
Representative Berrios are founding members of the Legislative Latino
Caucus. We intend to work together to put at the forefront of our
legislative agenda issues such as economic development, job creation,
education, and greater access to State government.
