Elli Schmeltekopf, MS,LPC
Elli's understanding of the
physiology of trauma through a three-year post-graduate Somatic Experiencing
training helps individuals to better understand their internal reactions and how to change them. Elli works with women, men, adolescents, and couples to resolve trauma like auto accidents, falls, medical procedures, pre- and perinatal trauma, abuse and early attachment issues. Clients often come to Elli, however, not because of specific traumas but because of personal or relational issues that have been resistant to change.

Shelley Tom, MS, NCC
As a therapist Shelley specializes in working with women and their families during the pregnancy and postpartum period. "My counseling philosophy is that the transition to parenthood is a normal transition that often presents challenges. By creating a safe, non-judgemental space for mothers to explore that transition and to acknowledge their unique experience they can begin to understand what they need."
