HSPH Professor Hsiao to lead Vermont health care reform effort
 The Health Care Reform Commission of Vermont has chosen William Hsiao, professor of economics, to design three new health care models for the state. According to the newspaper Times Argus,
two of the models will be a single-payer system and a public health
insurance model. Hsiao has assisted Taiwan, Cyprus, Mexico, Colombia,
China, Sweden and other countries in their health system reform efforts. Read more |
