dig deep and think about having your business help sponsor the fireworks or individually give a donation.  You can also buy a $5 button  to help support our efforts.   We need everyone to pitch-in!

See all the details about our Independence Day Celebration.  There is a lot going on!  Also see how you can help HNI make some extra money by going to a golf tournament.

All you need to do is visit www.UnitedLeasingChampionship.com to purchase your full-week pass and select Historic Newburgh, Inc. from the drop down menu of charitable options. The price of the ticket, less applicable processing fees, will be donated back to Historic Newburgh, Inc.. You print your own ticket and head to Victoria National to watch some great golf! It's that simple! Thank you for your support!

The Nationals Golf Tournament is approaching.  Our Sport Tek golf shirt is really handsome!

Our shop continues to flourish with Historic Newburgh t-shirts, postcards, note cards, sweatshirts, wine glasses, books by local authors and prints of some of our historic homes.  Below is our

Historic Newburgh Ornament which will be available all year.

Our ornament is beveled glass with an etched design of Preservation Hall designed by Gerald Ulrich and created by Heather Kent and her company Tagged Designs.

The ornaments are on sale in the office for $10.00 each.

  Christmas Ornament

The people of Newburgh are "One With The River."  It is part of who we are.  You will enjoy wearing our new hoodie that has "One With The River" on the front and Historic Newburgh Indiana on the lower backside.  It is reasonably priced at $35.00.  We also have "One With The River" t-shirts for $15.00.  We have them in blue and we have them in purple.

For you golfers, we have a Sport Tek golf shirt with Historic Newburgh Indiana emblasened on the top right.  This is a great gift for a friend, family or yourself for only $30.00.  I am telling you this looks great on!

New Merchandise!
artist designed sweatshirt
This artist designed sweatshirt captures the rythmn of our wrought
iron fence along the Rivertown Trail and the street lights throughout Downtown.  On the back in script it says Newburgh, Indiana.  Exclusively sold in the Historic Newburgh, Inc. shop at 9 West Jennings.

Thank you Christy Chang for sharing your talent!

Warrick County is very lucky to have two farmers markets.

Make it a routine to visit a farmers market every Saturday morning.

Historic Newburgh Farmers Market at the Edgewater Grille Parking lot, corner State and Water Streets, starts May 26 and the Warrick County Farmer's Market at the Boonville Warrick County Public Library, 6 West Main St., starts June 2.  Both markets are every Saturday morning until October 13th.

Both feature locally grown fruits, vegetables, plant, herbs, farm fresh eggs, freezer beef/pork/poultry, honey, baked goods and crafts by local artisans.

           Historic Newburgh TV23 Magazine

Time Warner Cable Channel 23

This month we visit with Cristine Dawson, the Market Master for Historic Newburgh Farmers Market.  We will then hear about the Newburgh Theatre Series from Brenda Bender, chairman and hear all about the successful Wine, Art and Jazz Festival from Yvonne Wasson, one of the tri-chairs.

TV23 Magazine is on every day 8:00 am, noon and 5:00 pm

That is our June edition

You won't want to miss it.

Only on Time Warner Cable

A special opportunity came our way this year.  Time Warner Cable is producing Historic Newburgh TV23 Magazine.  This is an interview show that celebrates all the different pieces and parts that make Newburgh a great place to live and visit.  I always end the show with "This is one of the reasons we love Newburgh and we think you will too."

Thank you Time Warner Cable

Historic Newburgh, Inc. is a non-profit, Main Street organization dedicated to historic preservation, economic revitalization and sustainability of Downtown Newburgh.

Thank you to all who support HNI!

I ask that if you are not a member of Historic Newburgh, Inc., you consider doing so.  Our organization needs members to help with our administrative costs.  Some of those costs that do not get rolled into event expenses include having our Historic Newburgh brochures distributed to Southern IN hotels, paying to be represented in regional tourism publications, the cost of using Constant Contact for our e-newsletter, gas & electric bills, rent, postage, and many other expenses that go into running an organization.
