Hello everyone,

There continues to be additions to what is happening in Newburgh for Christmas time.  I have also made additions to my thank you list.  Read on!

Thank you to Tim Young, Gary Neal, and Cindy Lewis from the Newburgh Register.  Our Extra! Historic Newburgh, Inc. Christmas Edition is going to be great and couldn't have happened without you.

As always Jacquie Schen with Edgewater Grille and LaVeranda has been very generous as our sponsor of Santa's Workshop and Luncheon.

We have several people to thank for their generosity.  One is FC Tucker Emge Realty for our color printing.  A hearty thank you goes to Gerald Ulrich (his wife, Barbara owns the Secret Garden in Downtown Newburgh) for sharing his artistic talents. We also must thank Ryan Adamission owner of Graphic Imaging for donating our banners.

In addition, we should thank Heritage Federal Credit Union for a donation that will help us provide some extra touches to our Festival of Trees.

We appreciate everyone of our Taste of Newburgh restaurants, Tin Fish, Edgewater Grille, Knob Hill, Cafe Arazu, Mulberry Jeans and Turonis.  Their generosity will help us provide a wonderful Festival of Trees opening night party.

Thank you to Castle High School for loaning us some great costumes and thank you to Nienaber Marketing Group and Jim Seibert for loaning us the Old Citizen Bank Building space for our wardrobe and costume space.

Boy Scout Troop 303 donated the Town Christmas tree.  The lighting ceremony will be Sunday evening starting with the Castle Knight Sensations at 5:00 p.m.

Thank you to the many businesses and individuals who have made this event possible.

Carol Schaefer

Executive Director
