Tell FWS Not to Kill Cats in the Keys!

Greetings!

The US Fish & Wildlife service is considering a draft management plan intended to protect endangered wildlife species in the Florida Keys.

The plan does not address the human impact of urban development and sprawl but instead blames feral cats.

If implimented, the plan would doom feral cats to be trapped, taken to the shelter, and killed in accordance with shelter policy.

The plan ignores successful TNR programs all over the country and disregards scientific research proving how effective TNR is.
You can comment on the draft plan, thanks to our friends at Alley Cat Allies, but only until February 3rd. Tell FWS that Trap-Neuter-Return is the humane and effective way to manange colonies and that killing is no solution.

Take action now!
