Volunteer Spotlight

Jill Pease

Jill Pease
Jill Pease has been one of the voices of Operation Catnip for over a year now.
She volunteers monthly making follow-up calls the day after our monthly clinic to make sure recent OC grads suffer no post-operative complications and are released back into their environment the morning after surgery.

"I enjoy doing the follow-up calls for Operation Catnip because I love talking to the caregivers and hearing their stories. Their dedication to the cats and the cause is very inspiring."
Jill is pictured here with Sherlock, who is a former stray from Mesa, AZ. She has two other inside cats and one porch cat. When Jill is not volunteering she enjoys cooking, beading and spending time at Florida's natural springs and beaches (Jill is recovering from a childhood in a lanklocked state).
On behalf of Operation Catnip graduates and caregivers,
Thank you, Jill!

A special thanks to Judy and Sharon for making barbecue sandwhiches, Alexandra Tilton for the Papa John's pizzas, Sharyn Passeretti for the delicious gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, and all the anonymous donors who brought food to feed our hungry volunteers.

Operation Catnip would not be possible without its dedicated volunteers!
