February Dogs of the Week
the week of 2/1/10
Bixby is almost 1 year-old Lab/Chow mix. He has only been coming to daycare at Dogtopia® for a few months but has already made many friends and loves coming five days a week. Because he is on the medium side and is still a puppy he plays in our Toybox. Some of Bixby's favorite things are wrestling with his friends and chasing after Kongs. Bixby also has a few girlfriends, for some reason he only gives kisses to his Lab girlfriends like Jersey and Ivy.
Ike for the week of 2/8/10
Ike is an 8 month-old Brittany Spaniel who gets super excited when he comes for daycare. Ike has been coming to daycare for about 5 months and loves playing with all of his friends, especially all the spaniels that seem to come on the same days. The spaniels also like his twin Finnegan who is a Brittany Spaniel as well. The way we can tell these two boys apart is that Ike is a bit bigger (even though he is younger) and Finnegan has a birth mark on his face. Ike is a very sweet boy and loves cuddling with the pack leaders when he gets tired from wrestling and chasing Kongs with all of his friends. Ike is a very well behaved and very sweet boy.
Phedre for the week of 2/14/10
Phedre is a 2 year-old brindle mixed breed. We're not sure what exactly she is mixed with all we know is that she is a sweetheart! Phedre has been coming to Dogtopia ® of Alexandria almost as long we've been open! She comes 3 days a week to get out all her energy. Let me tell you this girl has lots of energy! She has made so many friends that she chases Kongs with, wrestles, and gives kisses to (she loves giving kisses!) All in all Phedre is a great girl! :)
Magnus for the Week of 2/21/10
Meet Magnus a 1 year-old Jack Russell Terrier. As you can see Magnus is a very cute boy. He just loves coming to daycare. At first he was a little hesitant about Dogtopia® and wasn't sure what was going on when his mom would drop him off. Today is a totally different story, Magnus comes running through the front door to get back to the Toy Box as soon as possible. Magnus has so many friends he likes playing with like Bristow who is also a Jack Russell Terrier, Bumper a Beagle, Cobi a Shih Tzu, and of course the Kongs. He loves getting out all that energy by chasing after Kongs with all of his buddies.
Jackson for the Week of 2/28/10
Jackson is a 1 year-old black Lab mix who LOVES daycare. We can tell Jackson apart from all the other black Labs because of his spotted brown feet/legs. Jackson is just like our other Labs, he has massive amount of energy and loves chasing after Kongs. Jackson is such an outgoing boy he is literally friends with every dog in the Gym. He is a wiggle worm pretty much and always wants to be doing something; he loves wrestling with all of his Lab friends and getting attention from all the pack leaders, especially the girls; he loves cuddling up next to them. Jackson is a great boy:). |
