Criteria and Terms of Dande Company's School Reward Program
 
Reward Criteria and Reporting Period
Your school will qualify to receive Reward money from the Dande Company as soon as the school has made at least $500 in purchases during the annual reporting period, which runs from June 1 through May 31. For the 2008-2009 annual reporting period, new school customers will be required to have only $300 in purchases by May 31 to account for the fact we're getting started a few months into the year. All items purchased by your school from the Dande Company count toward the annual dollar criteria. The only other thing your school needs to do is let us know you want to participate so we can make sure to track your purchase amounts.
 
Reward Rate
If your school purchases between $500 and $2,000 from the Dande Company during the June 1-May 31 annual reporting period, your Rewards amount will be 5% of your school's total annual purchase dollar amount. For annual purchases exceeding $2,000, your Rewards amount will be 10% of your school's total annual purchase dollar amount.
 
Reward Distribution and Usage
Reward amounts will be issued by check to qualifying schools during the first week in June. It is the Dande Company's hope (and we'll work out the details with you) that they money your school earns from our School Reward Program will be directed within your school to a program or method that encourages student achievement. Perhaps toward a scholarship fund, perhaps toward assisting a student(s) participate in an event or activity for their betterment, perhaps toward enhancing the resources of a school enrichment program. By distributing Rewards checks the first week of June, our hope is that the monies can be used by or for the students and/or programs that helped earn the reward during the past school year.
