The Princeton Parish took their annual revival to the community around them last month. "We're not the only ones who need a dose of new life; we know our community could use some encouragement and inspiration, too," said the Rev. Meredith Gudger-Raines, who helped put the day of service together.

Small Churches, Vital Congregations

"We are a conference of small churches." That's a sentiment many express about The West Virginia Annual Conference. Small, rural churches can be places of vitality and effective discipleship. That belief is at the core of the Hinton Rural Life Center's mission.

You can register for Fall Workshop online! This annual conference event is a great place for youth to connect with Jesus, and with each other. This year's theme is: Going the Extra Mile to Give. We Remember

Rev. Barbara Sue Denning, retired pastor, passed away on October 6. Services will be 11 am Wednesday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 Tuesday.

Laquita Brook Lambert Breen passed Thursday, Sept 27, 2012. She was in hospice care and was 79 years old. Laquita was the sister of Beverley Hines Brown, wife of Rev.
