Fall Workshop Sometimes the journeys of life have a way of leading one away from God. Fall Workshop 2010 reminds campers that no matter how far away from
God you find yourself, you can always choose to go back to Square 1 with
God. The weekend event is November 19-21 at Cedar Lakes Conference Center in Ripley. Visit wvumc.org/youth for more information and to register. Get Ready for Youth2011
Consider bringing your church youth group to Youth2011, a quadrennial youth event of the United Methodist Church. The gathering will be at Purdue University in Indiana July 13-17, 2011.
"This event is full of great music and worship, as well as spiritual growth opportunities for youth," said Conference Youth Coordinator,
Nancy White. She says that youth groups need to let her know as soon as possible if they are interested in attending so that transportation plans can be made. Email her at nancywhite@suddenlinkmail.com to let her know of your interest and to receive regular updates on travel arrangements.
