Monitoring reminds the annual conference to include all
people in our holy conferencing.It
records participation in the business and worship sessions of conference by
tracking race and ethnicity, gender, physical ability, age, ministry status, and
geographic location of delegates and participants.
If you are interested in helping with the ministry of monitoring
this year, please plan on attending a training session Wed. June 9 at 4:00 p.m.
in room 114 of the Christopher Hall of Science on WV Weslyan's campus.
The conference Justice and Advocacy Team will provide
training materials and dinner for participants after the training session at no

The Montcoal Mine Disaster Fund has received nearly $400,000 in donations.Country music

the Charleston Civic Center to the Fund, which is being
administered by the West Virginia Council of Churches (WVCC), with support from the United Methodist Foundation of West Virginia.Tick
