Important Message for Pastors and Church Treasurers From: Myra Bess, Conference Controller
Please do not use the
F.E.I.N. (Federal Employer Identification Number) that was pre-printed on your
2009 Statistical Worksheets. It has
been brought to my attention that some of the church statistical forms and
worksheets may have had an incorrect FEIN number due to a merge error and MAY
NOT BE YOUR CHURCH's proper employer number.
Instead of that number , please be sure you are using your church FEIN number on tax forms
etc. by using the same number as you did last year on your 2008 tax forms.
I will make sure the FEIN number is corrected on the
statistical system before next December when I am printing new forms.
I apologize for this inconvenience.
Please contact me at 1-800-788-3746, Extension 38, with any
questions. You can email me at myrabess@aol.com.
Thank You, Myra
