Practice For Recital With Our
YouTube Videos
TDS students - look for an email in the coming week with a youtube link to your class recital dance. Videos are private and are only accessible through the link. Emails will also include an attachment of your recital music specially edited. Practice away!

Parent Volunteers Needed For Recital
We are in need of volunteers to help pull off our theater dress rehearsal and recital. Volunteers receive one complimentary recital ticket. Siblings 15 and older are welcome. Please email director Cait at caitjones@transcendancestudios.com if you are interested. We are in need of:
Dress Rehearsal Only 6/2
- 1 Dress Rehearsal Bake Sale/ Merch Sale / Photo Order Collection / Video order collection Table - no baking
Both Dress Rehearsal 6/2 & Recital 6/5
- Backstage Moms
- 2 Moms Beginning Level 2 - (roughly 12 dancers)
- 3 Moms Beginning Level 1 - (roughly 17 dancers)
- 2 Backstage Runners (Thur & Sun) (graduated seniors)
Recital Only 6/5
- 2 Front Ushers / Lobby Clean up
- 4 House Ushers / Camera & Video Patrol / House Clean up
- 2 for Ticket Sales
- 2 Flower and Merch Sales before & after show for half hour & intermission
- 1 Photo/Video Order Collection

Pay Your Balance
Payment can be made in cash or check on location. Please make checks out to TranscenDanceStudios. Payment by credit card can be made through PayPal.
To pay through PayPal:
1. Log onto PayPal (Be sure to enter credit card of choice prior to beginning the payment process).
2. Click "Send Money."
3. Enter info@transcendancestudios.com as recipient.
4. Enter amount.
5. Select "This is a purchase of services."
6. Verify payment, account information, and payment method.
7. Enter student name in the subject line.
8. Click "Send Money."

New Parent Portal Secure Login
TranscenDance Studios is pleased to announce the launch of it's new Parent Portal, a secure login page where you can
view your balance, update account and student information, modify your schedule, and add family members!
Our Parent Portal link is on the left hand side of our web page
Click "Current Student / Account First-Time Use."
Enter the email address that is associated with your account (the email address at which you are receiving this email).
A temporary password will be emailed to that email address.
Once you receive the temporary password:
- Enter the account email address.
- Enter the password.
- Click Log in.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter new password.
- Select Save Changes.
