Thanksgiving Break Extended
Due to shortened club hours and many students planning to be out of town, we have extended our Thanksgiving Break to cover Wednesday, Nov. 24 through Sunday, Nov. 28.

2nd Quarter Tuition
TDS tuition was due the week of 11/1-11/7. Please notify TDS staff if you did not receive a paper statement.
GRACE PERIOD & PAYMENT PLANS
A reminder that there is a one month grace period before a Late Payment Fee of $25 will be incurred.
Please inform TDS staff if you need to arrange to pay your bill in multiple partial payments over the quarter. There will be no late fee incurred if partial payment is received within the one month grace period. Balances must be paid off by the end of the quarter.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
TDS accepts cash or check on location or payment with credit card through PayPal online. Our PayPal email is info@transcendancestudios.com. PayPal directions can be found on your paper statement.
COSTUME FEES
Costume Fees were included with this quarter tuition statement. Beginning level classes can expect a $50 fee per costume, and Intermediate - Advanced levels will pay $65 per costume.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not order costumes for any student whose account is not current by our winter break (December); therefore, those students will not perform in the June recital. Thank you for your understanding in this matter!

TDS Dress Code
Merhandise Order Deadline Extended
As a reminder of the dress code policy listed in the Student Handbook, Fitness Formula Clubs has requested that our students enter and leave the classroom in TDS identifying gear. This is for safety purposes since we share our space with another business, and also so that FFC staff can easily distinguish our students from their club members.
Dancers are not required to wear TDS gear during their class, but are expected to wear TDS identifying gear on trips to the bathroom and between the front lobby and classrooms.
TDS gear has been on display for sizing purposes for the last three weeks. Merchandise is pre-order only. The order form due date has been extended from November 24th to Sunday, November 28th. Order forms can be downloaded below, and dropped off in Cait Jones' inbox anytime over the Thanksgiving Break week. Ask the FFC front desk personnel to direct you to Cait's inbox at the club. Merchandise will only be available to try on over the holiday break Sunday, November 28th from 4:00-6:00pm.

Reminder Of Drop Off Times For Beginning Level Classes
Please remember to drop off your beginning level dancer 15 minutes prior to the start of his or her class. This is so that assistants can escort dancers up to the bathroom with ample time to change into dance shoes.
Puncuality is extremely imporant as the beginning level classes run only 30-45 minutes and we want our dancers to receive the full benefit of class time.
If you drop off after the class has gone upstairs, you will be asked to escort your dancer up to the bathroom and classrooms yourself.
TDS will be enforcing our drop off policy more stringently, so as not to take class time away from those that do arrive on time.

Recital Info
Information about TDS' 2011 Recital will be distributed in a packet before our holiday break. The tentative dates listed on our calendar are Thursday, June 2 - Sunday, June 5.
