Storytelling is not just part of communal life but has also gained widespread recognition in organizational and business life. There has become a growing awareness with corporations, higher education, healthcare and non-profit businesses that the stories they tell and the experiences that they generate have a significant influence in how they discover and sustain themselves.
Organization and business stories that can be woven through a purposefully-focused designed experience can far surpass more traditional ways of sharing meaningful knowledge, core beliefs, enhancing performance and developing vital relationships.

Xibitz Helps Communicate
the Art of Science
Xibitz collaborates with Kolar Design + Perspectives 360 helping Cincinnati Children's research headquarters showcase its legacy of innovation and its latest breakthroughs in their quest to be leaders in improving the health and well-being of children throughout the world.
Cincinnati Children's is one of the largest pediatric research programs in the nation and their new research center, called location S, is designed to promote opportunities for productive collaborations across disciplines by locating researchers geographically according to broad, overlapping areas of scientific interest. To put it simply Cincinnati Children's research is focused on changing outcomes for children around the world; creating new knowledge that cures diseases.
Illuminated images- originating from the community's own research initiatives progressively capture the most basic research on atoms to the complex study of the human child. A narrative journey takes the viewer deeper into the scientific realm, exploring the importance of each discovery and its impact on understanding key questions behind childhood disease and disorder. Dispersed throughout, pulsing lights brings the entire sculpture to life- signaling the energy of the community's ongoing passionate quest.

Xibitz Helps Promote Elite Basketball Program
Focused on communicating the combined benefits and notable achievements of the University and the rich athletic heritage; together with design partner Downstream, Xibitz helped turn the basketball complex into a dynamic recruiting vehicle for the University of Florida.
Xibitz' execution of this inspirational story and dynamic experience is woven throughout the complex's atrium and lobby, men's and women's coaches' offices, the men's practice gym and locker room, the media center and the player's lounge. The story conveys to present and future student athletes that the University is committed to their premier basketball program and the future of their students.
