Small Record Label looking for part time paid intern.
Grateful Patriot Records is looking for the right person to help us grow the Label and promote America's Got Talent finalist, Blake Henderson, among others. GPR records' mission is to be a counter balance to current Pop culture in putting out quality material, whose artistS promote the virtues of this great country.
Internship Details:
Intern would learn and be involved in many facets of the music business, seeing the process evolve from the writing through recording, to promotion and distribution.
Requirements: Applicant must be organized, able to multi-task, proficient with computer skills, willing to submerge him/herself in the music business and in finding and pursuing all revenues for music buyers.
Most work will be from home and around intern's schedule. The internships will involve a small amount of part time extra money, with the possibility of playing a key role of being on ground floor of new company's journey. GPR might consider offering right candidate some ownership.

Oklahoma Blood Institute Internships Four Positions
Media Release Distribution Coordinator Make a big impact on the blood supply by assisting in OBI's exciting, fast paced Community Relations department... Responsibilities: - Coordinating media releases for OBI community blood drives by seeking the approval of Donor Recruitment staff and others, then finalizing pre-written media releases.
- Distributing finalized media releases to newspapers, radio stations, and TV stations on a daily and weekly basis according to deadlines.
- Record-keeping in a spreadsheet for all work.
Time Commitment: - One year commitment due to temporary learning curve.
- Three days needed per week for up to 3 hours per day.
- Task could be completed from home with computer set-up.
Qualifications: - Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
- Understanding of journalistic writing formats with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Personal computer access with program versions compatible to OBI.

Time Commitment: - Flexible work schedule, but a minimum of six hours per week needed during OBI business hours.
- One month commitment needed for training and learning curve.
- Project could be done at any OBI location with CR meetings periodically.
Qualifications: - Phone and computer proficient.
- Pleasant and professional phone voice.
- Detail-oriented.
- Dedicated personal computer with programs versions compatible with OBI.
- Proven character and trust to keep information confidential.

Graphic Designer Help OBI communicate ideas, inspire emotion, and literally save lives by volunteering as a graphic designer! Responsibilities: - Create and update promotional materials and/or ad hoc design projects used by Oklahoma Blood Institute using branding toolkit, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
Time Commitment: - Volunteer schedule is flexible.
- Ten hours per week minimum for this role to be successful.
- Six month commitment needed for training and learning curve.
- Project could be done at any OBI location with CR meetings periodically.
Qualifications: - Adobe InDesign and Photoshop proficiency and experience.
- Proofreading, grammar, and spelling abilities.
- Personal computer access with program versions compatible to OBI.

Special Event Packer Preparing for OBI special events is a great way to share your organizational skills...volunteer today as an OBI special event packer! Responsibilities: - Prior to the event: Printing signs, folding t-shirts, counting items, loading supplies in boxes and on carts and pallets.
- Post event: Unloading, organizing, and re-stocking items after the event.
Time Commitment: - Volunteer schedule is flexible and varies based on timing and number of CR-sponsored drives.
- Typically, five hours before events and three hours after the event are needed to complete these tasks.
- Dependable volunteers needed on days scheduled to complete these tasks!
- One year commitment needed for help with at least 3 events per year.
Qualifications: - Able to bend, lift, and twist while loading and unloading boxes weighing less than 25 lbs.
- Detail-oriented, organization, and multi-tasking skills are needed.
- Prefer Microsoft Excel spreadsheet proficiency.
