"Raise the Dough"

 Krispy Kreme Donuts has come up with a pretty fabulous fundraising idea to increase what they have already raised for Save the Family during their Grand Opening-$12,000!!!
 

Those attending "Raise the Dough" will be given one dozen Hot Glazed doughnuts and a half gallon of Shamrock Farms' Shamrockers milk FREE in exchange for a donation to Save the Family!

"Raising the Dough" will take place on Thursday, June 5th from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Krispy Kreme Mesa.  6626 E. Superstition Springs Blvd.

READ TO ME
Now Every Wednesday!!! 
Read to Me was so popular with the children at Save the Family that we have now expanded the program!  Read to Me is hosted from 6:30-7:30 on Wednesday evenings at Save the Family's Library.  With the expanded schedule we are in need of more volunteers for this program.  For more information on how you can become a Read to Me

Do you want to make the difference in the life of a homeless child? Volunteer with youth classes at Save the Family!!! 
 
We are currently looking for volunteers to commit one day a week for a 5 week session. Duties would include assisting class instructors in leading various activities, games and crafts for elementary or junior high aged children.  Various times and days are available. If you are interested please email Michelle at michellea@savethefamily.org for a schedule of classes! (Volunteers must be over the age of 16 and must obtain a fingerprint/background check card.)
