StJohnsChildrens_Hospital_LogoJanuary 6th at 12:30: New Moms Dealing With Feelings at St. John's Children's Hospital. This support group gives help to women from the central Illinois area who are or may be experiencing symptoms of postpartum depression (PPD) and other mood disorders following the birth of their baby. By meeting with other women who have similar experiences, women learn the facts about PPD and explore positive ways to cope.

Illinois State MuseumJanuary 8th from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  Super Saturdays at Illinois State Museum:

What is sculpture? Answer this question and learn more about how sculptures are made and what they are made of. Make your own spectacular sculptures out of found objects, pipe cleaners, modeling clay, and more. Contribute to a group sculpture that will be displayed in A Place for Discovery, and see the amazing sculptures made by Illinois artist Brent Kington.
