In the Kitchen: Kid Style! 
Kids_In_The_Kitchen

Don't miss the chance for YOU and YOUR child to take part in Kids in the Kitchen with the local Junior League of Springfield on Saturday, April 5th.   It's FREE and there's room for 100 kids age 8-12.  The initiative, which began in 2006, engages kids in the preparation of healthy meals and educates them and their parents regarding nutrition and healthy choices.   Learn more and register here

St. Patricks Day HatFree Family Fun at the Annual Springfield St. Patrick's Day Parade NOON Saturday, May 15th, Downtown Springfield.  Enjoy the sights and sounds of 10 high school marching bands as well as floats and free balloons along the route.  Don't forget to buy a green nose for $1 and help support the Mini O'Beirne Crisis Nursery.
