Team Encore medal in their first competition
Our new synchronized skating team here at the Glacier, Team Encore, competed in their first competition of the 2009 season this past weekend in Niles, Illinois.
The team, with skaters ages 4 and up, performed their "Cat" routine the best they have yet.
The team placed 3rd and all of the skaters went home with a medal. Coaches Sue Schmitt, Lauren Maday, Lisa Oberdick, and Danna Victor are all extremely proud of the team, and are all looking forward to their next competition this coming weekend in Bensenville.
