Greetings!
What a week it has been at the Glacier! The start of the season is always busy however this season it's all gone crazy!
The number of players that have signed up for Ice Dogs hockey has far exceeded our expectations and whilst most of the rinks around us are seeing a decline in Learn to Skate registration our program continues to grow.
There are still places available in all of our programs, however enrollment will close soon. This is your last chance to get involved with the fastest growing hockey club in the Chicago area and learn to skate in a program that is going fro strength to strength.
For information on any of our programs visit: glacierskate.com or icedogs.info. Alternatively you can just call us at (847) 362 1222. Happy skating, Chris |
LAST CHANCE to Register for Ice Dogs Hockey Evaluations are taking place over the next couple of weekends for the Ice Dogs Hockey Teams.
This is your last chance to be a part of one of the fastest growing clubs in the Chicago Area for this season!
Its sure to be a great season for the ice dogs so don't get left out in the cold, call us on: (847) 996 0948 or email Sandy at: sanderson@glacierskate.com

Team Encore up and Running! Last Monday saw the first sessions and Open House for Team Encore, our newly formed synchronized skating team here at the Glacier.
We had a magnificent attendance and it looks as though we will be able to form two teams from the off.
There was a lot of excitement and enthusiasm which is a great indication that Team Encore will make rapid progress.
There are still places available, so if you are interested in learning more about this exciting sport come down and see us Monday evening at 5:00pm.

Bobby Hull to be honored by NHL Alumni Association
Former NHL great Bobby Hull will be honored as the NHL Alumni
Association's Man of the Year Thursday night at the organization's
seventh annual Gala Dinner, presented by Scotiabank. The event
gets under way at 6 p.m. in the Westin Harbour Castle in downtown
Toronto. As always, the NHL Alumni Association will be raising money
for charity. It's a dual-charity event this year. Benefitting from the
dinner will be "Hockey's Greatest Family Fund," which helps former
players who are in need.
