This wonderful exhibit celebrates the colorful and loving holiday of Mexico. The exhibit hosts indoor and outdoor altars created by local artists and families as well as a display of Day of the Dead inspired works of art. The evening's festivities include live mariachi music, street performers and an outdoor beer garden. Experience the celebration, memories, love and creativity and be part of this amazing event! The event is free but donations are always welcome.
Saturday, October 3, 1 - 9pm
Experience the best Day of the Dead Festival in Kansas City! The festivities last all evening and are perfect for the whole family. Watch live entertainment , enjoy delicious foods and browse wonderful handmade gifts from local artisans. Kids will enjoy the carnival area with fun games, face painting and great art activities. The exhibit of altars and artwork will also be open all day.
