Firstly, many congratulations to those who took part in the November absolute FitnessCamp, some great results were achieved.
We are happy to announce that the next FitnessCamp in January 2010 is now open for bookings. Please remember that these are for small groups ONLY, so if you are interested in joining the next and working off the Christmas excesses, then you need to book early! Places are strictly limited.
Each camp is a non-residential 4 week camp, with 4 x 45min workouts on each week.
FitnessCamps are based from the private training studio in Hyde, and priced at JUST £199.
In January 2010, we have two camps running, one is for all early birds and starts at 6.15am, the second camp starts at 12pm. We are looking at arranging an evening camp also in the New Year.
These camps are an ideal way to gain some quick, safe results, through a well planned, intense training system with other like minded people!

FitnessDays will be 6hrs, and will be broken up into a number of varied training sessions This makes Personal Training really affordable and optimises results - an absolute must if your serious about your health and future. We all know that losing weight and improving your overall fitness are things that don't happen overnight. But, did you know in order to be truly successful that important steps need to be taken before you even start a diet or exercise program? The first thing you should do is identify where you fall on the behavioural change spectrum. There are five distinct stages of behavioural change. Do you know what stage you currently fall under?
