B2B Networking Breakfast
The Walsh College Alumni Association hosted a B2B Networking Breakfast on February 23, 2010, at the Troy Campus. The event was well attended, and those who attended had the opportunity to participate in structured networking with alumni and fellow business professionals. Alumni Cocktail Reception- Phoenix
Walsh College held a cocktail reception for alumni in the Phoenix area on February 18, 2010, at the Sanctuary in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The well-attended event was co-hosted by  Jon Danski, BAcct 1975.   Alumni watched a DVD about Walsh and mingled with college staff and fellow alumni. This  is one of the many events held annually for out-of-state alumni.  Upcoming events in the nmonth of March included events in five cities in Florida. Entrepreneurial Offerings at Walsh College

Please Take Our Survey
Are you an entrepreneur? Do you hope to own your own business someday? Are you looking for ways to create and sell new business ideas where you currently work? Your feedback is needed.

Walsh College is developing a plan that incorporates education, innovation, and entrepreneurship to accelerate Michigan business growth. The name of this initiative is The Panthera Project.

We are currently evaluating the possibility of adding new course offerings and/or related services to help build these needed entrepreneurial skills. Your feedback will help us to gauge interest in these areas, and shape the future of our entrepreneurial offerings. The survey takes about 5 minutes and all responses are anonymous. If you are interested in participating in focus groups too, youll have a chance to provide your information at the end of the survey.

Call for 'Distinguished Alumni Award' Nominations!
Nominations are being accepted from alumni, faculty, staff, and administration for the Distinguished Alumni Award recipient. The award will be given at the Walsh College Leadership Awards Dinner on Saturday, November 13th at the Royal Park Hotel.

Nominees must be an individual or couple who, in deed or action, reflects and recognizes the importance of an education at Walsh College; demonstrates pride in the College; and whose extraordinary commitment, dedication and service have brought acclaim and recognition to Walsh College.

Call for 'Graduate of the Last Decade Alumni Award' Nominations!
Walsh is currently seeking nominations for the Walsh College Graduate of the Last Decade Alumni Award from alumni, faculty, staff and friends of Walsh College. Nominees must have graduated from Walsh with either a Bachelor or Masters degree within the last ten years. The award recognizes early outstanding achievements in a chosen profession as well as contributions and service to the community and Walsh College.
