Join Linda Bark and the AsOne community on our phone bridge for a weekly toast to self-care!

Weekly topics will be based on well-being, FUN, health, energy, FUN, success, balance, FUN, new ideas, and current issues. Our intent is to support a community of like-minded people who celebrate and delight in living fully.

In holistic coaching we practice self-care by looking at ways of nourishing our being, letting go of things that no longer serve us , finding fulfillment in activity as well as making time for rest and reflection. Call the phone bridge for a weekly hit of fun, community and ideas.

This month's topic will be SPRING CLEANING.

How can you let go and clear the space around you, physically, emotionally, and spiritually?

Self-Care Saloon Thursday evenings 5:30-6:15 PM pacific time. Please call or email us for further information and the phone bridge phone number.
