The Whittier Host Lions Club is pleased to announce they have finished renovations to a special wing of the Oralingua School for the Hearing Impaired. The service club will host an Open House and Ribbon Cutting celebration Wednesday, October 22 at 11:30 AM.

The Whittier Host Lions Club is a local service club known for their focus on sight and hearing assistance. Over the past 5 years, they have donated over $500,000 to community organizations like the Oralingua School for the Hearing Impaired. Founded by parents of deaf students who wanted an educational alternative to sign language, Oralingua School is an auditory-oral day school for children.
