From 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM on August 26, we will hold our monthly Tasty Tuesday networking lunch at Sage Restaurant (6511 Greenleaf Ave., Uptown Whittier, CA 90601). For $13, you will enjoy a grandiose buffet which includes green salad, smoky tomato soup, paella, orange chicken, Atlantic salmon, potatoes dauphinios and a beverage. WOW!

The big day is almost here! In just 2 weeks, nearly 150 area businesspeople will converge on the Friendly Hills Country Club green for the Whittier Chamber's 30th Annual Hathaway Golf Classic: The Pearl Edition.

There are minimal golf spaces left in this popular business tournament. For $225 per golfer, participants enjoy a personal golf cart stocked with beverages, great tournament gifts, a delicious Carino's Italian Grill lunch, an opportunity putting contest, a gourmet Friendly Hills Country Club dinner and the ever-entertaining Hathaway Awards Banquet and Golf Classic Mixer. Registration begins at 9 AM with a shotgun start at 11 AM. Golfers may opt to play Scramble (Best Ball) format OR Individual Play.
