The Whittier Chamber's Economic Development
Committee invites the community to the annual State
of the City Address. The breakfast will take place
on Wednesday, June
4th, 2008 at Friendly Hills Country Club (8500 S.
Villaverde Dr., Whittier, CA 90605). Attendees will
hear from Mayor Joe Vinatieri and several City officials
on the status and outlook of our 'prettier Whittier'!
Registration begins at 8 AM with the breakfast and
address beginning promptly at 8:30 AM. Tickets are
$25 per person.

friends of Plymouth Christian School to celebrate their
success! The festivites begin at 10:30 AM and will last
until 11:30 AM. City officials, Chamber representatives
and friends will help celebrate this school's
commitment to the education of Whittier's youth.
