The Grand Opening of The Summit's "Indoor Yard Sale" at "The Hope Store" was VERY successful as donors and shoppers responded in "droves" this past Saturday, May 1st. In the picture at right, David Smith, Director of The Summit, stands between husband and wife team Jeff and Cathy Bailey right after Cathy cut the red ribbon to officially open the store!!

REMEMBER!!! The sale continues throughout the month of May--including tomorrow! Saturday sales begin at 7:00 AM!!! While Shoppers and Donors are always needed, Volunteers are REALLY needed BOTH to work in the store and to help with pick up of donations! Read more below!

Why is this SO important to The Summit?
The Summit provides Client Assistance Funds to subsidize the cost of counseling for people in need-- and providing these funds in a recession has overwhelmed our funds! We are steadfastly committed to providing our services and these funds! This Yard Sale will be a BIG help!

How Can YOU Help?

DONATE! We accept all old or unwanted items--if you can get it there OR we can pick it up--we WANT IT! You will receive a Tax Deductible Contribution Receipt! See below for hours and more info.

TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!
You can forward this email to neighbors, coworkers, friends and family to support the sale! You can also pick up flyers from Cathy Bailey to share with your neighborhood, Bible Study, or business.

VOLUNTEER!!!
We need lots of volunteers in both April and May! Cathy will especially need men with trucks to pick up large items. Contact Cathy (see below) to schedule volunteer hours or pickups--or just stop by The Hope Store!

When is The Hope Store open to receive donations?
The Hope Store is opened every Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM.

Where is The Hope Store located?
The Hope Store is located in the Nesbit Ferry Crossing Shopping Center (near Mount Pisgah, to the right of "The Derby"). The address is 9850 Nesbit Ferry Road, Suite 10, Alpharetta, GA 30022.
