 Mid-Year Part Changes
Application lookup is typically as far as you need to look in order to find the correct A/C part for a vehicle, however, due to mid-year model changes or other factors you may need to dig deeper.
- Most of the time the application by year model is correct. If there is a published date for the part change, check the door placard.
- In some cases the catalogs will list a 1st design and a 2nd design instead of a date for the change.
- We're constantly updating our catalog information, so depending on when the version you're using was published, you might also try applications that are 1-2 years older or newer.
- Keep in mind that the latest catalog data is available at www.4s.com. If you haven't tried our new Attribute Search under the Part Number Tab, give it a shot! It allows you to look up a part by describing it.
