Professional dancers join a cast of over 100 in a fully staged production of Tchaikovsky's grand ballet, featuring live narration.
 
Presto! Holiday Concert

3:30 pm & 7:30 pm
The award-winning Schaumburg Youth Symphony Orchestra and special guests offer plenty of cheer and seasonal classics with a couple surprises thrown in.

It's that time of the year and Prairie Center Arts Foundation is thankful for you and all of those who have continued to support
quality arts programming at the Prairie Center for the Arts during this past year....
Celebration 2009Thank You...
  • The individuals who made donations in support of arts programming.
  • The businesses and corporations supporting the work of the Prairie Center through sponsorship and grants.
  • The individuals and businesses who gave donations for supporting community outreach efforts through the purchase of tickets for those in need, and the agencies who helped distribute the tickets to people who would otherwise be unable to experience these performances.
  • The young people and their families who participated in the programs at the Prairie Center by either dancing in Snow White and the Nutcracker; playing in one of the four ensembles in the Schaumburg Youth Orchestra; submitting films for Screen Test Student Fest or who played roles in the Summer Theatre's production of Pirates of Penzance.
  • Those who enjoyed a great evening while helping the Foundation by attending Celebration and the Leon Redbone benefits, and of course --
  • Those who celebrated the arts by experiencing concerts and performances at the Prairie Center.
