Resource of the Month: Calories Per Hour
calories per hour logo

Each month, the Wenzel Coaching newsletter brings you a free or economical resource to help you enhance your training. This month, we bring you the Calories Per Hour

This month's resource provides real weightloss tools such as nutrition body mass index calculators and weight loss tips. As with many free sites, you may have to wade around some Google advertising and free newsletter offers, but the calorie calculators and tips are solid. Also be sure to check out Head Coach Scott Saifer's article on simple weight loss this month.

The websites found in the "Resource of the Month" are in no way associated with Wenzel Coaching and we are not responsible for any information they contain.

Greetings!

Welcome to the October 2006 edition of the Wenzel Coaching Newsletter. The seasons are changing and it's time to put on that extra layer of clothing. For many it's also that time of year to take off that other extra layer that may be hampering your performance. This month's focuses are winter transition and weight loss. Whether you're looking to get down to your performance weight or eat better in general you'll find a few tips and tools to add to your routine here.

As always, the staff at Wenzel Coaching welcome your feedback! Please feel free to write to newsletter@wenzelcoaching.com with your comments, race reports and topic suggestions.

Keep on spinning, and call your coach!
