Steps to Successful Videoconferencing Implementation


Part A: Make It Easy for Teachers

    1:Get teachers excited about videoconferencing
content. Need help?
       Try CILC's Videoconferencing and You Package!

      2. Choose content that aligns with each discipline
        and topic by using CILC's search feature.

                                    3. Request content through www.cilc.org.
                                      You'll need a PIN: Create or locate your PIN.         
                            
             4. Pay invoices to each provider - UGH!!!


Part B: Make It Easy on Yourself  
Open a Content Dollar Bank

    1:Contact Julia Heighway at 317-231-6529

    2. Deposit a minimum of $5000 into your new
        Content Dollar Bank

    3. Request and schedule programs.          
                            
    4. CILC pays the invoices to each provider - YEAH!!!

That's it - easy and successful videoconferencing.
