SHARING: Thoughts from a Site Coordinator

Robyn Phillips2

  Robyn Phillips, Kentucky

Lessons Learned:

When dealing with a large number of students, we have learned it is best to pre-select students for Q&A time, have students close to the microphone to eliminate a delay in response, and to utilize camera pre-sets to save time by avoiding the need for the camera to pan the room.

Lingering Question:

How often do you practice or teach videoconferencing etiquette in preparation for a virtual fieldtrip? Please respond to Robyn's question here in the CILC NING!
