Thoughts to Ponder

Shared Learning

As I was planning for this month's e-Note I realized that it would be far more interesting to create a knowledge bank by gathering information from each of you than for me to share the bits that I know!  So let's see what we can create!

Videoconferencing Processes

This website page gave information to enable the college's staff to determine their videoconferencing needs as well as the process to follow to set up a videoconference. It made me realized that many of you most likely have something similar for your staff and that it might be beneficial to share those links. Perhaps your information will include something someone else can use and visa-versa.

Thus, I invite you to share how you use your webpage and its link on the CILC NING.

It will only take 5 minutes and could save someone else 5 hours! Post your information here!

Ten Top Reasons to Videoconference

Milton used Richard Schaphorst's book to write his Ten Top Reasons to Videoconference.  His list is from a business point of view. Why don't we create a Top Ten Reasons to Videoconference list from an education point of view? If everyone reading this posts ONE reason, we'll have a nice long list.  Next month I'll create a poll so we can vote on the ten we each like best.  Based on that I'll create a Top Ten List of Reasons to Videoconference PDF we can all use!

Are you in?  Post your reason here!
