What's on Hayward's horizon?

A ballot measure is being considered to assist with the City of Hayward's financial stability. This fiscal year the City has already cut $7 million and 50 full-time positions. Without additional revenue, the City of Hayward will need to cut $10-12 million to balance the budget for the next year.
