Schools Affect Home Values!
If you care about your property's value, vote in favor of
school bonds! The quality of schools affect home
values and the quality of life in our neighborhoods.
Children, families and entire communities can benefit
from the passing of school bonds in the following
ways:
- To improve safety and learning by constructing,
furnishing and equipping school facilities
- Reconstruction, rehabilitation or replacement of
deteriorating schools
- providing security systems
- new or modernized permanent classrooms
- wireless technology
- access for individuals with disabilities
Everyone in a community benefits when we take care
of our children...

| Spring Fever in Real Estate |

Okay folks, I'll admit, last year was a slow year in real
estate. This isn't news if you've kept up to date on all
the layoffs resulting from the crisis in the real estate
and mortgage industry. So far, 2008 has been really
busy! The other agents in my office and I are doing
pretty well...
The reason: We're all professionals who work hard for
our clients because we're in the business long-term.
We have strong reputations with our clients and
in our communities. We truly "serve" the public in our
personal lives as well as in our professions.
I'm still alive and kicking!
