All Good Comes to an End: Probate vs. Trust
A few years ago I had a lawyer help me put together a
will and bought a cemetery plot. Many lawyers will
agree that for those who own real estate, a living trust
should be considered as well.
There's initially more expense to put together a living
trust. However, if it's anticipated that any heirs will be
fighting, it may be better to just allow an estate to go to
probate with court supervision.
