Ode to the Caveman in Modern Real Estate
It's about time we glorify the modern caveman! Joe
bought 9 properties before his 30th birthday:
Tough Guy Joe is no average guy
This stud bought properties on the fly
He bought EIGHT rentals before he was thirty
And fixed them up getting his hands really dirty
There was no woman to hold him back
He's now consolidating so cut him some slack!
Don't fret ladies, this Joe's no louse!
He wants to settle down and build a tree-house.
But he needs a woman who'll help keep it clean
And will probably find one who's really mean
Cuz Joe looks tough but he's really a softie...
