Sugar Mama Keeps House from ex-Husband! (an excerpt from my real estate book project)
Sugar Mama Wendy, 38, was Dave's 5th wife. When
asked how she felt about Dave in hindsight, she very
apologetically said "ooh, I LOVE him", the way a little
girl might say to her parents about her puppy who
keeps peeing on the carpet. When Wendy & Dave
found a house to buy, she was on title alone by virtue
of being the only one among them who could qualify
for the loan -- Dave had abomidable credit. Although
he made $90,000 a year, Wendy never knew where
his earnings went, and by the time their 2-year
marriage ended, he had only contributed $10,000
toward the housing expense.
Wendy says that Dave did NOT want a divorce. I asked
if there was any benefit to being married to him. She
just smiled...

been covered with carpet and badly deteriorated from
years of neglect and hiding...
