New Changes to Tempo™5 and Fusion™

 Previously, Tempo™5 and Fusion™ allowed a maximum of 12 images to be uploaded per listing. As of last week, both systems are now capable of adding as many as 24 images to each listing. This update affects new and existing listings on both Tempo™5 and Fusion™. |

 July 2012 local market statistics are now available on RARealtors.com. Reports are gathered each month and are archived for easy accessibility on the Market Statistics page. These reports are provided to CVR MLS subscribers free of charge.

ListHub Update
Changes to Listings Added to Trulia

Please note the following: 
1. In order to reduce the risk of inaccurate information and stale data being displayed online, listings posted on Trulia via ListHub can no longer be updated directly on Trulia. These listings must now be updated directly in the MLS system.
2. Listings sent to Trulia via ListHub will not appear on the Trulia mobile app for agents. The agent-facing mobile app operates differently than Trulia's mobile app for consumers. Listings will continue to display on the Trulia mobile app for consumers, which is used by consumers to search for properties for sale. Powering agent productivity tools (such as Trulia for Agents), using syndicated listing information, goes beyond the marketing purpose that content owners expect when they select to send their listings to Trulia.

| Server Reboot

The scheduled monthly reboot of Tempo™ 5 and Tempo™ Fusion servers will take place at 1:00a.m. EST on Wednesday, September 5th. Service will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes during this time.
