A reboot of Tempo™ 5 and Tempo™ Fusion servers will take place at 1:00a.m. EST on Wednesday, June 13. Service will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

CVR MLS is committed to continually improving services to our members. CVR MLS is working with WAV Group, a national real estate consulting firm, to evaluate and select the best MLS technology for our members for the future. A key part of this process is to understand what our members like and don't like regarding the technology we provide today. To that end, we request your participation in a brief survey regarding our current technology services.
The survey only takes about 10 minutes to complete. Upon completion of the survey a drawing will be held from all that complete the survey and two members will have their 3rd quarter MLS fees rebated.
The survey is scheduled to run from June 11 until June 22. You will receive it by email from CVR MLS with the subject line:
CVR MLS Technology Satisfaction Survey - Complete for chance to have 3rd quarter MLS fees rebated!

Tempo™ Fields Soon To Be Removed
From Add/Edit and Reports

The following fields will soon be removed from Add/Edit and Reports in Tempo™ 5 and Fusion™:
- Assumable (Y/N)
- Application Required
- Mortgage Balance
- Mortgage Rate
- PITI
- Years Remaining
- Equity

Modifications in Tempo™
Bonus Field and Compensation Description Field

The field of Bonus has been extended from 25 to 50 characters in add/edit and reports. An additional field, entitled Compensation Description (comp desc) will be available in add/edit and reports on June 11th. The help (?) section of this field will include the following: "Compensation references in this field must not conflict with the unconditional offer of cooperation and compensation required for MLS listing submission."
