Courtesy Fine Notices

 2nd courtesy email
An email will be sent on the 4th day of an open iCheck ticket that has not been corrected or marked as excused in the iCheck system. In other words, this courtesy email will be sent out the day before a fine is to be assessed for that open ticket.
Supra Lockbox Serial Number Courtesy Notice
On the second day after the entry of a listing into the MLS where the showing instructions are either LB Call Agent, LB Call Office, LB Call Tenant, or LB Go Direct, the iCheck system will look to see if the Supra serial number has been entered in the listing. If not a courtesy email will be sent to the agent reminding them they have one more day before the iCheck system will issue an actual violation email against this issue.
